So far, everything has gone well: I only brought a laptop (with charger), five shirts, a skirt, two pairs of pants, underwear, socks, shoes, PJs, and a toiletries bag. as well as my curling iron It's also insane how much I've compressed it to the point where I'm fairly certain the pack will fit in the airplane's overhead compartment. I have plenty of room if I wanted to cram in a few more things. It's also incredibly comfortable and durable. br>br> It's so much more convenient than lugging around a small suitcase. This is especially useful if you need to spend some time in a city before checking into a hotel and don't want to be bothered by a suitcase. That is why I purchased this pack. So far, I believe it is fulfilling its purpose. br>br>Pointer: br>br>Pointer: br>br>Pointer: Having those small luggage organizers aids in making better use of the space provided by this pack.
I read a lot of reviews where people complained about the straps' clasps breaking. I was wrong when I said it couldn't happen to me. I was on my way to my first use when I got out of the Lyft car at the PHL airport and grabbed the backpack by a strap, which immediately broke. The spare strap that came with the package was a lifesaver. When I got home, I contacted Maggie in China, who works for Hynes Eagle customer service. Since the clasps were replaced with stronger ones, she said she had only heard of five failures. She sent me two new straps as a replacement. I compared the replacement straps to the backpack's original straps. The original straps, on the other hand, were of an older design. The clasps on the replacement straps were much more robust. The issue is this: IN MARCH OF 2017, WHY WAS AMAZON STILL SELLING BACKPACKS WITH THE OLD DESIGN CLASPS? I really like the bag, and the strap storage is a great design feature.
Our family received four of these packs in preparation for an international trip. They did an excellent job serving us. br>br>The bag's size (when not overstuffed) complies with international carry-on regulations. Check your airline's website to see what your ticket category is - Despite the existence of a "standard," three airlines had three requirements that were similar but not identical. We packed everything we needed for a two-week trip to Europe (and did laundry while we were there) into this small bag. It's a huge time saver to be able to skip the baggage line and go straight through customs! br>br>The quality of this satisfied and pleased me. This is a pack that I would recommend. Detailed Description br>br> Commentarybr>* There is a large pocket in which you should store the majority of your belongings. br>* There are internal compression straps in the large inside pocket. One of the four packs' compression straps had broken: The large inside pocket's back cover is made of net. These go on top of the external compression straps shown. br>* A zippable bag is included. The backpack straps can be stowed in this pocket. After the straps are zipped, the small rings that the straps clip to (at the bottom of the bag) stay outside the pack. I'm concerned that if the bag is checked, they'll be caught. The padded straps include a sternum strap, so it would be simple to rig something to tie these clips inside. br>* In addition to the strap pocket, there are two exterior pockets for your belongings. br>* One pocket is quite large and designed to hold a laptop (of reasonable size). This pocket has some padding embedded in it, as well as fuzzy fabric and a velcro(R) closure. To keep a laptop safe, use a style strip. I kept my iPad keyboard, kindle, travel papers, and a bag of miscellaneous items in the pocket. The vertical height of this pocket is 1 inch. 2 inches. This pocket appeared to be more than adequate in size. br>* The final external pocket is a small pocket (sizes ranging from 5"x7" to 11"x8"). This pocket did not expand vertically, so I used it to carry a small note book. br>* There are also external compression straps on the bag. These come in handy if you need an extra inch or two of vertical space. For us, they were effective. The compression straps are attached beneath the large external pocket (where your laptop may be). That means the contents of the "large external pocket" aren't compressed (which is fine), and the zipper on this pocket is stressed perpendicular to the zipper's direction when compressed. I'm concerned that this will cause the zipper to break. We bought a TSA "mini-lock" because the bag didn't come with one. lock with a "cable" The main compartment and the "large external pocket" can be "secured" by routing the "mini cable" through the holes at the ends of the zipper pulls. br>br>The packing cubes were not purchased. br>br>Other than a broken internal strap, the quality appears to be good. This backpack, in my opinion, outperforms some less expensive but similar bags that I bought but returned. This backpack was used by every member of my family, and they all liked it. To be clear, the straps on this backpack allow you to carry it around a city/subway system - With them on our backs, we walked for 1 mile or more. A purpose-built backpack, on the other hand, would be ideal if I were backpacking for miles on rugged trails. Over this backpack-style suitcase, a custom-built backpack would be appropriate. br>br>Once again, this is a highly recommended backpack, and it served our family well during our trip to Europe.
Following my purchase and use of your products, I noticed an insert encouraging product feedback. Since we've become empty nesters, my husband and I have been traveling more. We discovered that international travel necessitates strategy through trial and error. We've learned that luggage weight can either be your friend or your foe after a few trips. It also requires organization to be able to move around quickly. In both of these areas, your products have made a significant difference in our travels. My husband and I both bought Flight Approved Carry-On Bags. On the Backpack These backpacks are the perfect size for both of us. We were able to divide our weight between our luggage and ourselves as a result of this. We only had to bring one additional small rolling bag because we had the backpacks, which freed up our hands (which is very important when traveling). When exiting subways, tubes, trains, or planes, this is extremely useful. The Packing Organizers - which we both bought - were the other item we bought. Set includes a 4 piece set as well as a laundry bag. What would we have done if we hadn't had these? The sizes are ideal for keeping your clothes organized. Then, when you're on the road, your suitcase or backpack is always neat and tidy! There's no more digging through the bottom of the suitcase to find something only to have to refold all of the clothes on top. This was a lifesaver in terms of both time and frustration! Needless to say, you now have two new Hynes Eagle product fans to add to your list, and we've already been showing and telling anyone who is thinking about traveling about the benefits of Hynes Eagle products. Thank you for making our trips to fun and exciting locations so much more enjoyable!.
