Questions & Answers
According to a rough measurement using metal tape, it appears to be around 39" long.
That's why I bought this tube in the first place. It fits, but the one kit with the blue and gray pieces, in my opinion, is the best fit. The ends are designed to hold a line, and I bought the two pieces on Amazon for $3. You'll be able to go straight from your evernew or platypus bag to your water bottle in this manner. It works better unless you're going inline, in which case it's fantastic! I hope you found this information useful.

I've found the best hydration tubes and hoses. I don't have an Osprey bladder or pack because I make my own hydration rigs for an old bladder from another manufacturer. So far, I've bought two of them. So far, I've tried three different hoses and the Osprey is by far the best.
- The 1/4" standard-gauge tube is plenty long for most applications, but I wish it came in longer lengths so I could cut it down to size for custom applications.
- High-quality material that is both flexible and firm.
- br>Easy to cleanbr>- I can't detect any flavor or odor. br>- I prefer clear tubes because they allow me to see what is going on inside. br>- You'll need a lot of patience when inserting adapters, but that means no leaks for me. Professional and straightforward packaging (in my opinion, a sign of a serious business). br>br>Up to this point, I've only had positive experiences with Ausprey accessories. I would buy any Osprey product because of the high quality and low price.
As a replacement for a CamelBak Omega reservoir from around 2005, this was perfect. The reservoirs in this category make use of a smaller-sized reservoir. The hoses for the older CamelBaks are smaller in diameter, and they can be difficult to find and expensive. br>br>This hose fit nicely (I dipped the hose in very hot water before putting it on). Although the hose is less flexible than the original, it is still very usable and has given a reservoir with a damaged hose a new lease on life. Also, I have more faith in this hose to be free of harmful chemicals than I would in a generic replacement hose.
An old camelbak was perfect for this tube. The old camelbak tube's liner had come loose. I couldn't find a tube with the Camebak logo on it. This one fit perfectly, and I lubricated it with alcohol after soaking it in boiling water to soften it up. It's a good, close fit.
blue has been replaced (duh!). ) hydration hose on my camelback Catalyst fanny pack: Bear in mind: Your workout water vessel should provide both hydration and sanitation. For the sake of your health, bottles, bladders, and the well from which the water is drawn must be maintained on a regular basis. the use of bleach The best are blue dawn; look it up on the internet!.
It's just a hose that needs to be changed out. Although I had to shorten some of the length, it serves its purpose. My cat chewed the previous hose(s), causing leaks, so I bought this item several times. It's useful to have on hand, and it's not expensive. It's always a good idea to have some extra tubing on hand in case something goes wrong.
Because I keep a hydration reservoir in a bicycle frame bag, standard length hoses are too short for me, and this hose allows me to access water without having to lean over the handlebars. Just make sure to keep that extra length out of the spokes by securing it!.
It took a long time to get the hose's odor out. It was frozen after being made with lemon juice and water. Then, as instructed, defrost and rinse. Don't overdo it or the hose will be ruined. Prepare your pliers and muscles as well. Changing the hoses on my water bladder took a little elbow grease.
As others have mentioned, it comes tightly coiled and doesn't want to straighten, but after some use, it relaxed.
