Hose with a standard length. I don't have any problems because I'm a big guy with plenty of room in my tac vest for hose.
Are you referring to the inside of the plate carrier pocket? I'm not sure, but it appears to be excessively tall. br>There are a plethora of excellent (low Profile) carriers available. br>I have a MOPC with a Fox 3-in-1 card. It's perfect in there with a day butt pack on the back (my rig's choice).

This 1. My Haley Strategic Flat Pack Plus can hold up to 5 liters. It's very convenient to get in and out, and it's very easy to clean When you squeeze the bite valve with your finger, it doesn't actually shoot water out. br>br>Updated on November 15, 2020. The bladder leaks where the hose connects, and I've had it since September 2020, and I bring it to work every day. I'm hoping that I'll be able to get a replacement for nothing.
I have a total of five Condor hydration bladders, one of which is the "new and improved" Gen 2 with slider closure. That is, in fact, the issue. There are no instructions included with the product, and the slider pops out of the bladder 9 out of 10 times. To keep the slider secure, I believe you must secure it over the small knurled line, but that's just a guess. Perhaps duct tape will suffice, or you can simply toss it out and start over. This is by far the worst hydration bladder design revision I've ever seen. If you decide to purchase one, I wish you better luck than I did.
It is an excellent hydration bladder. It appears to hold very watertight and is a very good strong bladder once I learned how to put the holder on correctly and not spill any water out. I haven't driven over it or anything, but it appears to be able to withstand almost anything.
I've owned at least five hydro packs (including the high-end Camel and Osprey brands, which are notorious for their poor quality). This is my personal favorite. br>br>The slide on top has served me well. So far, I've only used it on a half-dozen occasions. There are a dozen day hikes, a few kayak trips, and a few ski trips on the schedule. br>br>Last night while skiing, I collided with some ice and landed flat on my back, my bladder full of water. The insulated tube is a must for skiers because it keeps the tube from freezing. br>br>I'm a big guy, so this must've put a lot of pressure on the bladder, but it held up fine. br>br> br>br>I bought this water to replace the water in my military pack. It was the perfect fit. br>br>While this isn't the cheapest or most expensive Hydro flask/bladder on the market, I believe it is the best value for money, and I would purchase one again. Condor's products appear to be getting better, and I wouldn't be surprised if the next generation is even better.
The reservoir is quite nice. It fits in a Condor "camelback" that I attached to a Condor recon chestrig with six magazine pouches. Everything seems to be working out well. The design is clean and it fits perfectly, but I don't like the top slide design. When the bag is full, fold the top carefully and secure the slider. Alternatively, you could tilt it slightly to the side. This could be a problem if you're in a hurry to refiel and get out. You must first remove the reservoir from the slide and then re-fill it. There was nothing wrong with "classic" design in the first place. It would be much easier for me to clean and maintain it. In gen3, I believe they will go back to the traditional twist cap.
Tasteless and leak-proof, good value for the capacity, and simple to clean and dry.
When I attempted to clean it the first time, it broke. It ripped down the side when I turned it inside out, just like they show in the product video.
Filling is a breeze.
