Is it okay if I add a smoothie, juice, or a can of coke?
You certainly have the ability. However, cleaning it would be difficult, and it would stink after a long period of inactivity. Only water is recommended; I believe the smoothie will clog the opening, and other liquids will cause the bladder to leave unpleasant odors if you don't clean it thoroughly.
