The Recon Israel Bandage comes in a size of 7. Before you stretch the material to make it tight, make sure it's 5 feet long. br>I hope this information is useful: )br>Marie (br>Marie (br>Marie (br>Marie

When rolled up and stored, what are the dimensions of the bandage?

4" x 2" 5"X1.

Is there any packing gauze included?

No . The Israeli Trama Bandage is typically used to cover and secure the combat gauze that is used to pack wound holes. A large gauze pad is attached to the bandage, but it is not recommended for combat use. hello there, dude. enrol in a TCCC class. If you're carrying these tools, you'll need to train constantly.

Why don't you send it to the Japanese city of Fukushima?

We would be delighted to do so. It's something we're looking into right now.

It's fine for practice, but it's debatable whether or not it'll be useful in the real world
3/5

The good, the bad, and the ugly are as follows: The Pros: br>br>The Pros: br>br>The Pros: br>b br>Tight, vacuum-sealed packaging that has been sealed - In fact, there is a vacuum-sealed inner wrapping. sealed. This, I assume, is in the event that the outer seal is pierced. br>It's a non-slip pad. a gauze stick At this price point, I wasn't expecting that. This is a significant benefit! - The cost! br> No explanation is required. br>Exercise - You've got a training tool without having to pay full price for one of good quality! The disadvantages: br>br> br>This package is a tad too large! I got a couple of these, one of which was going to be used in an ankle trauma-related situation. The outer package would not be able to fit in the kit. It would fit in a large trauma bag, but the outer packaging will not suffice if space is an issue. There is, however, a vacuum-sealed inner package. sealed. Although this is a good size for an ankle kit, the plastic is much thinner and more fragile. br>Quality of the clip - I haven't had one yet, but I've only used it a couple of times (practice, of course!). ) They also have a flimsy feel to them. They are not people I would trust with my life. (See the ugly for more information. )br>Overall construction - It's also a thin fabric. I couldn't get the right amount of pressure with just wrapping and reverse tension because of that and the clips. To achieve the required 30 pounds of pressure, I had to twist a few times. br>br>The unattractive: The fastening clip is too weak to be used as a windlass. If the wound starts to bleed excessively, you can twist the fastening clip through a couple of wraps of the fabric and use it as a tourniquet with a good quality Israeli bandage. This clip is far too flimsy to be used in this situation. In conclusion: br>br> br>Unfortunately, this item will not be included in any of my trauma supplies. It will, however, be the method by which I practice and instruct others. For this reason, I will also suggest it to my friends. You can get a few of these for less than the cost of one high-quality one, and the application method is the same.

Please don't waste your time

I bought three of them: one to test/instruct the family with, and two more for our kits. I opened one to show the Mrs how they work (it was well sealed and looked nice on the outside), and the clip popped right off before I could even get one wrap. (I suppose they aren't completely useless, but they aren't fit for their intended purpose. ).

These are NOT vacuum sealed, as shown in the picture of an unopened package

They are packaged in a haphazard manner. If you want to put these in an IFAK, they're too piggish and puffy. br>I didn't even bother to open them. br>The picture of the unopened package does not represent how they appear.

This is a fantastic product from a fantastic company
5/5

I bought this to supplement the small trauma kit I keep in my Jeep. This business offers excellent products at a reasonable price, and their customer service is exceptional. They go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase, and I'll definitely use them again if I need anything else.

Arrival was quick

Bought for my personal on-the-road (truck driver) first aid kit, having been the first on the scene of multiple accidents and expecting to see more in my career. I currently have a small kit and am slowly but steadily expanding it. I bought extra for my girlfriend's personal vehicle first aid go bag because she's a paramedic and believes she should be more prepared when she's not on call or in the ambulance.

It's suitable for a major cut
5/5

Israeli bandages are large gauze pads with an ace wrap attached, which are far more useful than they appear. These are one of, if not the most important first aid items you can have because they will stop bleeding, which is a primary concern. A tourniquet should also be carried with you.

It's a must-have, and it's a fantastic product! Israeli Bandages are a must-have item for any first responder or medical professional, as well as a great item to keep on hand in the shop in case of an emergency

Fortunately, I have not had to use them, but they are an important part of my gunshot wound treatment kit. Positive feedback was received, and the course's instructor (an EMT) strongly recommended them.
