I opened one to show the Mrs how they work (it was well sealed and looked nice on the outside), and the clip popped right off before I could even get one wrap. Israeli bandages are large gauze pads with an ace wrap attached, which are far more useful than they appear. These are one of, if not the most important first aid items you can have because they will stop bleeding, which is a primary concern. A tourniquet should also be carried with you.
