YAKIMA Q-Clips Q Towers

There's one thing they don't tell you there are two sets of these clips required for each Yakima rack system. This is very important for us novices since we have never installed a Yakima rack system before. To order these clips in sets of 4 as they have, not 2 as they have, or at least tell you that it requires 2 towers and 2 clips per pole, should be standard procedure, unless you have extras lying around. My clips broke, so I had to order another set. I'm grateful we still have ten days before we leave for our trip.

Yakima racks are in my possession for a long time, and as I switch around cars, the racks are adjusted as needed. This was the best bike mount for me, especially since I am an avid mountain biker, and I have no need to worry about backing into anything and damaging my bike. Yakima racks have been installed on several of my vehicles and the process was straightforward and straightforward. First, I assumed that they had sent me the wrong clip so I couldn't figure out that the clip went under the rubber door seal when I received the clip and installed it on my 2008 Odyssey. This rack fit perfectly on a used car that was different from the previous one that I had. Note I had an older Yakima rack and needed to put it on a used car that was different. Finding this one in the wild was very helpful since this product was no longer manufactured.
