My boyfriend and I are beginner players, so we weren't looking for anything fancy, and the bag broke the first day, but the rackets are fine

The rackets come with a carry bag, which is why I chose this product. The rackets are attractive and have performed admirably in the two games we've played with them since receiving them. The first time I wore the bag over my shoulder, however, the strap snapped with no effort. Because I don't see a way to contact the seller, I'm hoping they'll notice and offer a discount.
