When I went to serve, I was playing tennis with some friends. When the person returns the ball, I go to hit it and notice that my racket has a crack in the top, which I assume was caused by the serve. It was over in a month. In the defective category, I submit a return order. I wrote down the RMA number and what I wanted to happen with the racket on the paper. They are very particular about how a return should be handled. Two days later, I receive an email from them stating that there is nothing they can do and that they will not be able to return it because it has been "used. " I didn't want to send it back; instead, I wanted a refund. It's fine if the person stated that they misunderstood. They stated that they would send it to the factory for review. It was estimated that it would take two hours to complete. Three working days are required. So I waited and waited for a response, but no one ever did. I've been trying to contact these people for three weeks and haven't been successful. Needless to say, if this is how they treat their customers, I won't be shopping with them again. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company because they are only interested in the money they receive from you, not your needs.
Good seller with a nice racquet.
Although the string tension was extremely high, the instrument could still be played.
I really like the racket and was looking for something with a small grip, which it has. I wasn't aware of how small the head size was and would have preferred something larger, so double-check!.
It is a company that delivers on what it promises in terms of delivery time, and it is excellent.
