The handle has been The handle of this product is broken. The product is damaged and looks like a picture. I'm not sure what to do, so what should To pad the shipping agency and customs payment, I fill out a form. You will have to reimburse yourself for the cost of returning. Trying to see if the plug converter works works, but I haven't yet plugged it in. Sadly, the electric plug in the US isn't compatible with the korean plug, so I had to buy the converter to see if it worked. It would be better to check with the manufacturer whether the damaged handle is A/S

In addition, the handle is the only part that is separately sold. My wishes for the future development of the company with you. Wait for me, I'll be waiting. It was a pleasure to speak with.

It is ridiculous how low the reviews are for this machine. In one review, there was a shipping issue (and so he docked a star), and in another, there are no string patterns provided with the instructions. You can easily find these on the internet or on the websites of tennis racquet manufacturers. My old Klippermate was still working great but this new machine is better in every way

The electronic tensioner works really well and achieves very consistent, reliable tension measurements. The racquet tension bed is much cleaner and stringing takes much less time now. I highly It's true that there are better ones, but they are in the range of 3k+.
