This was mentioned to me by a friend- I tried it and I really like it. My hands aren't slick at all. The grip is extremely durable and does not come apart. It's more fun to play tennis now that I don't have to change my grip every time. For the record, I am a better-than-average player, so correct technique and racket grip are not an issue for me. I strongly advise you to do so.
Many of my old grips have ripped apart due to the lack of a plastic liner over the tape. This one does, and it will keep the grip safe to use for a long time. For a serious tennis player, this is the ideal investment. Many of the grips have been used and are still in good condition in my hands. The white is appealing to me because it gradually becomes dirty, revealing the grip's age.
The quality is worth the money, and it is comfortable enough to play tennis on a regular basis.
The white will show dirt, but it will usually last until my strings are broken.
This is the second order of the over grip, which I always use on my Picklball paddle. I play with them at least four times per week.
They appeal to me in every way. Dish towels that absorb a lot of liquid. It's lovely.
I'll tell you what happened. I'm also a tennis coach, and I've been using these Wilson grips for the past 6 years, and nothing else has come close. My hands sweat a lot, and while these aren't the best at absorbing sweat, they do have the best tack I've ever seen, so sweat from your hands is irrelevant. br>br>I miss the days when you could get 30 packs for 29 dollars. That now costs $35. Choose the 50 grips if you want the most bang for your buck. Because I'm no longer as competitive as I once was, these would last me about a year. I used to change the grips on all three of my rackets once a week when I was in high school. So they last a long time. br>br>My only real complaint is that they don't last as long as they should. br>br> Because they're white, they get filthy quickly, but quality (and the initial clean appearance) must be maintained.
