These glasses were recently purchased by me for six boys between the ages of 8 and fourteen. Handball is being played with them by 14 year olds.

The answer is no, except maybe with a blowtorch!

I'm here! The specs I was looking for were not removable, but they did come with lenses. When I went into shops to look for these specs, I thought the lenses would not come with them.

It is true and they are great for sports like racquetball because there will be no fogging or scratching of the lenses. A ball can't get through the frame to hit you in the eye because the frame is too small. A simple way to order prescription goggles is to shop for ones that allow prescription lenses, then order them without a lens, as if you were going to add a prescription lens. There are websites like sporteyes that sell them, but I've seen them for a lot more money than they are worth.

I find the nose a little uncomfortable. We have no major complaints to make There is a fair amount of pressure on my nose bridge It is hard to fault this product because there might not be an alternative for any goggles out there. There is a lot of ventilation and there is The minute I see the lenses getting scratched, I will remove them with a Dremel and only use the frames as protective gear.

The purchase I made for my husband was a mistake. I should have read other reviews before purchasing. On the bridge of the nose, they are painful. To find out if I could give them away, I had several others try them. Neither I nor anyone else liked the feel, so they were thrown out.

I use these for handball instead of trying to turn them into golf clubs. However, they do fog a little, but are of good quality and do the job. My satisfaction with them is high.

That's just what I was looking for. With patience and a bit of work, I was able to successfully remove the lens, I now have no longer fog, my glasses are crystal clear, and my eyes are protected.
