You can smack the crap out of them without breaking them. As well as the feathers, they remain on. The only problem is that you cannot change the battery and that the ones provided are only good for about three hours. So, basically, after night one of playing, your LED shuttlecock looks like The only thing that would make them even better is if they were able to last a little longer. A red LED consumes the least amount of power and lasts about three times longer than an amber LED. There was 4 hours between the start of the flickering and the start of the LED. A lot of time went by after that before it was pretty much dead. In order to be justified in my purchase, I can't complain about less than 20 bucks. In other words, the shuttlecock doesn't stop working when the LED dies, it just doesn't light up any more. The suggestion that they include a way to put in a new battery would be nice, but with coin cell batteries, it's probably more cost effective to buy a new set. The drinking cup is a nice novelty that can be a good addition to a kids' party or an adult drinking party. These won't last you the whole summer, but they will last you a couple of weeks. Before you die, you have just one night to use it.

It works well in the evening and after dusk, and it does make it easier to pick up. Other reviews indicated that the colour lights went out fairly quickly, we have been using a red and a green shuttlecock both of them are still lighting brightly even It has been our experience that after several nights of use the feathers on the shuttlecocks are beginning to look quite battered. But for the price these are pretty good, they are a little heavier than a standard shuttlecock, but no.

I've found that these are quite cheap, and the LED lighting is so faint that you can only see it clearly in a dark room (versus playing outside at dusk).

I bought this because my wife and I love playing badminton and playing after dark is cooler in the summer, so I thought it was great buying. As much as I love feather birdies, my husband would prefer me to get him a feathered one. Playing with it at night was a favorite activity for the whole family. Nonetheless, we realized quickly that this was not going to A few rounds later the feathers brittle or become rough. Our collection of games has been consumed so quickly that we don't have any more to play. No way is the game going to last 50 hours like it promised. We will certainly use nylon from now on after reading an article recently that feathers could be plucked from live birds, which makes us think it is cruel.

There is no quality better than this unless it appears. Bat Mitten is a game we love to play! This summer I have only used them during the night and maybe a few of them do not flicker any longer. Aside from that, it is fantastic! Lighting up the night sky with a lot of fireworks was really fun, and we all enjoyed seeing how high and far we could hit them, too! Item of great quality! The colors are so vibrant! The best part of my day! If you want to light the ground and area, it's a good idea to have some kind of yard light.

I received a new batch of these for the summer of 2019 and they have since updated the design of turning them on and off, so we have not had any issues with them You are going to have a blast with these!.

It is nice to have these birds to play badminton outside in our backyard. They are a bit more fragile because they have actual feathers and are therefore more likely to break than a plastic bird. But I was still really impressed by how light the birdie seemed to be, and that it didn't seem to have any major impact on its weight. Weight is definitely a negative, but we have found this to be a positive - they aren't as lightweight as most plastic backyard birdies - they're all rounded edges The wind can be very strong on an overcast When a player hits the wall hard enough, the lights sometimes shut off, but they have always come back on after flipping the switch on and off. When you purchase them, I'd venture to say you may run them through fairly quickly if you're playing hard. On the other hand, if you just carelessly hit back and forth, they seem to be fine.
