They are not resistant to water. They have a switch that allows them to turn the light on and off.
In the same package, there are 6 different colors/ 6 pieces, 1 of which is red. 1 pc. green; 1 pc. blue; 1 pc. purple; 1 pc of blue; 1 pc of red; 1 pc of 1pcs White; 1pcs Yellow; 1pcs Colorfulbr>The simple color badminton with Red, Green, Blue, White, and Yellow stays on, while the Colorful one blinks when you play it (it changes rapidly from one color to another), thanks!
We don't know how long the batteries will last, but we've used them for about a year. They've worked for five evenings in a row. It was well worth the money. They are completely adored by teenagers and students in elementary school.
Although this birdie cannot be charged, the battery will suffice if the birdie's feather breaks.

We had to rush to Walmart to get some because our other ones had deteriorated before these arrived. These are absolutely top-notch in terms of weight and build quality. Spend a little more and stay away from the low-cost ones from big-box stores. These fly straight and are fairly long-lasting. We've put them to the test and they've held up admirably. The LEDs have added a whole new level of entertainment to our lives. We're just recreational outdoor newbies at this point, but the more we play, the better we get. I used to be a competitive tennis player, and even though I'm getting older, it still gives me good exercise and gives me something to do with my teenage sons. This is a fantastic product that I strongly suggest.
These are ready to use right away. It's enjoyable to play badminton after the sun has set. Having said that, after about 10 games, the plastic "feathers" begin to break. We've also had the experience of hitting one hard enough that the light turns off. As a result, while they perform admirably, they are not particularly long-lasting. They're still on my list of favorites.
Throughout the summer, we took them to various parties and camping trips. Although one of them was broken, it was still functional. We just made a light flicker by shorting it out. We played long and hard in the shuttlecocks defense before it began to glitch. The rest, on the other hand, are still functional and will be reintroduced in the spring. I'll definitely be purchasing more!.
It was a lot of fun to use them to play badminton at night in the summer. They were definitely worth the money if you want to play at night while it was dark. They're made of real feathers, so their durability isn't quite as good as the plastic ones, but they're still a lot of fun to use and fly much better than the plastic ones!.
One of the items in the pack will blink and change colors, but the others will remain static. These are fantastic and have given our badminton game a new lease on life! I would suggest it!.
The electrical components were built in a very poor manner. Four of the six did not work at all; however, the two that did are quite nice, and make playing with the kids enjoyable.
I was expecting them to be fairly inexpensive, and that the LED light would eventually fail due to wear and tear. They're actually more durable than the birdies that came with the set, and we've had the same blue one for about a month and the light hasn't gone out or even dimmed. Because you can see them better at night, these things are actually easier to play at night than they are during the day. The LED emits a tremendous amount of light. They're also extremely long-lasting. My 9-year-old grandson swings his bat like a baseball bat when he hits it. It continues to function properly.
These are by far the best birds we've ever purchased. It's a lot more enjoyable to play badminton at night now. These birds are well-made and fly better than those that aren't illuminated. I'm going to go out and get some more because when the batteries die, which they do after a long period of continuous use like we've been giving them, they turn into fantastic daytime birdsies. My family is having a great time, and it is easy to see why.
