It is estimated that they are between 5 and 6 years old They range in size from 4 to 6 inches depending on how much air is inflated.

It depends on how hard the ball is. If you squeeze it, it should be okay. Do you find that it stays somewhat soft while you're playing on the ice?

There isn't much resistance to it, you could even Although I have yet to do so on ice, I imagine that playing with it would be pretty difficult.
