It was troublesome for her to serve the ball over the net during games because she is only 9 years old. There was much work to be done with her form and how to release the ball and make contact with it. Strength is not as important as the quality. Our family was able to practice this skill inside our house without having to worry about breaking anything (my wife would kill me if we broke anything). Clean volleyballs are provided for indoor practice by a volleyball company we use. Despite being the smallest player on the team, my daughter was able to serve consistently and contribute to the team once she had practiced for a few days. Prior to using this, it was hard for her to get her serve past 10 feet. My favorite thing about this strap is that it can be adjusted in length so that it can be set shorter or longer depending on what is around her to break. Practicing form using underhand serves is a great idea for a child. There are a couple of drawbacks to overhand serves the straps can sometimes be a hindrance. As well, it is difficult to practice regular bumping for the same reason the strap gets in the way when I throw her the ball, causing it to scratch In youth volleyball, serving underneath the hands is critical because this is where the child will be in the spotlight. It will also be his or her most visible play. You will see your child's confidence grow as he/she becomes more consistent at serving. A very solid fit is made between the ball and I don't see any potential for it to fall out. I love the way the strap fits on my waist, If you are looking for a way to practice serving underhand, I recommend this product.

These were a Christmas gift I bought for my 13-year-old daughter (who is tall for her age) and she loved them. However, she barely had enough space to put her hands through the ball set aid straps. Unlike other players, they seem to be made for much younger children. Even so, my daughter is tall for her age and has broad.

Despite promises to come with an ebook link, it didn't arrive. In the meantime, I have emailed customer service of the company making this product to ask if they can assist me further. A rope burn is also an issue. That hurts. Rope burn can be caused if your fingers are just a little bit too far apart as the rope slides between them. In spite of this, it is a decent product and it does what it promises.

I am updating That's incredible, I'm blown away by it. In the midst of my daughter's birthday celebration, I received a complete kit in the mail without any prior communication. I am so impressed with the customer service! I'm so glad you liked it! Having seen improvement in her setting and spiking, she has improved her serving as well! With snow beginning here today, she can now practice wherever she wants, anytime! I highly recommend it (and have used it! ). This company and product! 5 stars definitely worth each and every penny! Have just received my order and I'm disappointed to see that it only includes the serving training set and not the rest of the It's a volleyball game for me On Friday it will be my crazy daughter's birthday, so I really wanted to give her this complete I'm disappointed that I did not receive all parts of the training package since I ordered the pink color. The backpack I immediately got is not working well. I can order another one from somewhere else. The reviews were encouraging and exciting. However, I was disappointed when they did not correspond to what I expected / understood.

Having agreed to participate in the company picnic tournament, it was evident from the 1st practice how long these years have been. The overhand serve returned to me after 30 minutes and I was able to practice when I was not able to get in with the rest of the team. My niece, who just got into volleyball, has now passed it on to her 11 year old cousin. Her game has been improving ever since.

It's great for my daughter to get better at volleyball and she loves it. The product works as described, and it is very easy to use. It is a good value, in my opinion. Because there is just the right amount of return on the tether, she does not have to worry about going backward with the ball. There is a handy bag included. Customer service is good as long as there is an acknowledgement by email- I think it is nice knowing you have someone to turn to if you're having trouble.

It's great, but I can't give it 5 stars for now because I'm not 100% certain it'll improve my serve, I'll know for sure once volleyball season actually starts but I feel like I'm getting better at Due to my lack of transportation to volleyball bootcamp, I bought this product so that I could work on my game at home, especially since I have a high ceiling, but I will definitely be bringing this to practice for my teammates to improve if it improves their overhand serves.
