Great for smaller players, but not so good for taller players with a high jumping ability

The item that you've listed is not as appealing to me since I'm a 6'2" basketball player who is trying to improve at volleyball. In the same way as a few other reviews mentioned, the carabiner isn't super The only time it broke was when it jammed several times and I initially had to open it with pliers. One of my main issues with this product is where the plastic buckle for adjusting the strap length is located.

A highly competitive U 14 travel team selected our daughter, at 5'8" and 11 years old, for the highly ranked A spike trainer such as this In order to be selected, she increased her vertical leap by 4 inches, her timing with the spike, and her Blocking capability. In her first season with the team, she will serve as the Outside Hitter. As a result, she is now able to strike the ball with incredible volition, extreme speed to spike setup and accurate placement on the opposite court. We can't imagine what our daughter would do without this! I highly recommend this book.

The best trainer I've ever met

I'm pleased with my performance so far. These have proven to be a fun way for my daughters to practice. It's nice to be able to adjust the strap for my girls due to their different heights. A blow-up ball for inside the hoop makes this product one of the best! It's not tangled at all. There is only one problem for my wife that it hits straight, not down so she can work on aiming. I feel it is great for improving one's approach and hitting form as a coach.

We used it with our two girls teams, and I really enjoyed it. We worked on the ball, their arms, and their footwork as well as getting them to reach for the ball. The caribiner bent after only a few hard hits, and it fell to the ground. Adding a powerful component to this product would make it even better. It helps greatly to have the ball (hoop block).
