This is a great product. I was stunned when the item arrived the night after it had been promised to take two days. It said it would take two days, but when I opened the door two days later, it had been delivered. For the terrible assembly instructions and the fact there are no images of all the possible combinations (or even just two or three more would have been helpful), I would have deducted a star. After I finished putting the thing together, I gave it a star. After observing the durability and how easily it can be assembled and disassembled, I gave the star back. I use two gyms daily, and it will be a pain to assemble and disassemble the equipment. Based on reviews I've read, I was expecting it to be disappointing This was my first match of PVC parts and I was pleasantly surprised by the size and the fact that everything except I love the product!.
It is a staple that we practice every week to improve our passing scores. I often have girls come to me with no volleyball experience or having some volleyball experience but with As I usually run practices on my own, having a visual target other than a person makes practice a bit more efficient, and it is a way for me to have a more efficient practice. There was one drawback, and that was that the instructions were not as clear as they should have been. The instructions do not tell you that if you are looking for the height to be adjusted, two of the poles do not have to be positioned together. It is curious since one of the poles is telescoping, so you expect you adjust the height that way, but there is an alternative that you can use. Another issue is that the PVC hoop comes apart too easily when it gets hit too often. It should stay in place securely so that you will not have to reattach it whenever you need to. I would like the angle of the hoop to be easier to adjust, and that is the last thing I will say. It is not necessarily a construction issue since that is easy to manipulate, but since I am vertically challenged (5' 4"), it is hard for me to adjust how tall it is. I have found that it works really well and the girls are now more focused.
In the club gym we use this particular net all the time for setting. With COVID we decided to get one at home to practice. It was delivered within a couple days of placing the It was only the assembly that was problematic. There is a damage on the yellow hoop cane where the connecting part is not a circle. It was necessary to use tools to restore the circle shape to be able to fit the parts.
After receiving this product, we were unable to assemble it because the joint part did not fit. Eventually I was able to reach the company directly and they sent me a replacement part with no further issues. It is helpful to have at home a setter net, which is why I am glad to know that it My feeling is that this isn't a product that should be taken up and down all the time, because I feel like I might melt I hope I will be able to use it for years to come.
As I mentioned, the construction is a little shoddy, so it did not receive my full five stars. It should have some assembly instructions and use suggestions and could be a little stronger.
Fast pitch softball is what I teach, and I coach pitching and catching. My goal was to find a tool that I could raise up just high enough so my catchers could get an idea of what the maximum height should be for their throw downs. The device had to be durable and able to endure a lot of abuse. There was both a great theoretical basis and a great application here.
It's a very good price point! Though the height is perfect, the cart is difficult to maneuver because it rolls and changes its own direction. I found the assembly to be very easy. It is true that some knobs are prone to becoming stuck.
Otherwise, I like it. I had to fix a broken weld by using metal screws since one of the welds had broken. Adding a quick release pin to change configurations would speed up things a lot nut and bolt take too much time, and tend to cease up after a while of not using them. This product gives us a lot of satisfaction and we often use it.
