You take a step forward.
That's correct. This is a fantastic collection.
The poles are anchored to the ground. A guy line is attached to the pole with a buckle and then pulled taut. The stakes are driven into the ground at the end. The poles are held upright by this tension. The lines can be tightened by pulling on them with the built-in red aluminum adjuster.
I believe it works in the same way as a winch system; there is a line connecting the tightener to the top of the net, and the net is tightened as you turn the pole's handle.

Go out and get yourself a "Park N Sun" volleyball net. This was the biggest waste of money I've ever encountered, and I'm extremely disappointed. The ratchet mechanism for tightening the tension on the top of the net was one of the reasons I bought it. I thought it was a good idea, and it is, but disassembling the net requires undoing the airline wire each time. The push buttons you use to put the poles together stick and stay in place. One nut secures the eye bolts at the top of the pole, which will loosen over time and become lost, and the two bolts that secure the ratchet to the pole each have one nut. The tie-down carabiner clips are made of cheap China metal that easily folds. I literally put the net together and it all fell apart, with one of the eye bolts breaking off. Both carabiner clips snapped, and the ratchet's wheel came loose. 0 stars.
We've been looking for our own solution since some of the public beach volleyball sets were removed, and we've finally found one here that is very complete and sturdy for a reasonable price. There is a simple instruction manual that explains how to put it together, but it was already simple enough without it, so the manual was unnecessary. Everything you need for a fun day at the beach or in the backyard for the whole family is included in the box, which is full size and suitable for men and women of all sizes. The parts are large, but not too heavy to transport, and everything is packaged in a convenient transport bag. The net is held in place by the ground spikes, and the net can be tightened with the hand crank, giving it a professional appearance. For the whole family, it's been a fantastic investment. Everyone seems to be having a good time at the moment.
My grandchildren have been using it on a daily basis for the past two months. Very solid and well-made. It collapsed because of a severe storm that included hail, heavy rains, and 60 mph winds. The two aluminum carabiners that had stretched out turned out to be the weakest part of the setup, according to my investigation. br> The most cost-effective solution was to purchase two 1/4-inch wide jaw Quick Links for $1 each. 94 each. If you purchase this setup, you should upgrade it when it is first erected. br>Another upgrade I made was to purchase two composite 5 inch drain covers for $4 each from Lowe's. 00 each to place under poles to prevent them from sinking into the soil, especially if it rains heavily. br>Once again, the entire unit is very strong and sturdy, with a vibrant yellow color. br>I would highly recommend this set up and would buy it again in a heartbeat.
I'm a collegiate volleyball player who purchased this net to play on after graduation because it's a great piece of engineering and clearly built to last. It comes with everything you'll need except a mallet or something to hammer the stakes in (which I don't mind because it's already a great deal). The design is very intuitive and well-thought out, and all of the materials are durable. It's great on grass, but I haven't tried it yet at the beach. To get very good tension on the beach, you may need a sand auger attachment and some sand stakes. When compared to similarly-sized products, I'm most impressed by how compact it is. nets at a reasonable price The poles are divided into four subunits, allowing the net, all attachments, and a fully functional net to be attached. ball that has been inflated to fit into a standard-sized container size duffel bag (included) that weighs around 20 pounds and has plenty of room. I couldn't be happier with the price-to-value ratio, and I'm looking forward to using it more.
This net's concept appeals to me, but its execution falls short. Two of the eyelets broke free from their boundaries the first time we used it. We had a lot of fun with it once we got it set up. A stake, as well as two carabiners, broke the second time we used it. It's just that the quality is extremely low. We were offered an Amazon gift card if we left a good review, but I didn't mention it because I wanted to see how well this net held up. Now I'm curious how many of those five-star reviews were solely for the gift card, but I do appreciate that it came with everything you need to get started playing, including a handy storage bag. I didn't like how you had to disassemble the net completely before storing the pieces in the bag. We just rolled the net up and hung it against the wall because I know I'll be using it a lot this summer (if it doesn't break any more).
Unfortunately, I just returned from a business trip two days ago, so the following has been sitting for nearly a week. I usually open packages as soon as I receive them, and I regret not doing so with this net. br>br>I bought the net to enjoy the California sun because I don't live near a beach and prefer to be outside rather than inside. The first thing I noticed was that the winch was missing, but it appears that one was there previously (see photo). As I unraveled the net, I noticed two "tangled" areas, one of which appeared to have been ripped and re-tied (see photo). I was irritated, but I decided to play with it anyway because I grew up with resourceful parents. br>The net was easy to set up (I've set up a lot of nets) and of good quality. I appreciate the metal cable they provided to keep the net from sagging, but I had to tie the cable to the poles, which was a pain. Have you ever tried tying a metal cable with just your hands? It's unpleasant, and you'll most likely bleed as a result. The net held up well after a couple of hours of play, but the zipper broke as I was zipping it up to put it away in the bag. That was most likely the final straw for the camel's back.
I’m sure I am in the 2% that has received a bad net and as someone who works in the production industry I understand you’t watch every who% With that said, the net is decent quality, and I'm sure it would've been a great net if the winch had been attached, the net hadn't frayed, the zipper hadn't broken, and I forgot to mention the pole adjust ropes did not appear to be what was advertised. br>I wish I had gotten a better product for this price, but I will be returning this net. I've already placed an order for a sunshade and a park.
