There's nothing wrong with the design as a whole, but the alignment of all the metal pieces is not very precise. There are two strong forces at play, but they aren't aligned perfectly. To get my position just right, I like to make sure my arms are straight and my hands are evenly positioned. But, the somewhat loose way my hands are welded makes it difficult. Although they will never fade away, they will always last.

There are solid steel ones and wood ones

Materials of great quality. Despite their solid construction, they are easy to use. It is a little loose with the screws they provide. I wouldn't describe it as super tight. The piece is perfect, as long as the wood fits tightly inside the holes with a little tape. It takes a lot of patience to put it all It was a very good purchase for me. It's heavy and stable with security and I made it so. As part of my daily workouts, I make these part of my routine. They're completely stable with a little bit of effort.

It is not safe to use to exercise. It was so similar to trash that I could not distinguish it from it. I urge you not to It has no screws, it is the worst welding I have There is nothing flat about the base.
