A better centering of the rubber on the bar would have been beneficial. Apart from that, this is a very good review.

A solid product that is easy to assemble

It works as it should. Adding difficulty to my push ups and working on my L- hold are ways I like to use these Lie down. It is constructed solidly and is easy to assemble, but it weighs a bit more than usual. The product is good in general.

Although I weigh 220 lbs, the paralettes are sturdy and I feel perfectly comfortable using them. They are a good height to learn how to move properly but still provide.
