I really like the way this smart hula hoop works! Although it took me a few tries to figure out how to keep it spinning, once I did I had a lot of fun (there are Tik Tok videos for the "smart hula hoop" that explain how it works). I feel neither my legs nor my stomach being taxed by this exercise. It may not make you lose weight specifically in the belly area, but it definitely makes you sweat, which helps you lose weight wherever you are. Although it digs into me a little, that can be easily corrected by wearing thicker clothing to soften the impact. I am a heavy person who doesn't exercise, but even this was easy for me, so if you're on the fence try it out! Despite my size being 46 inches and weighing 250 pounds, I am able to use the hula hoop with a good fit. You may want to consider buying an additional set of pieces to add to the hula hoop if you have a larger waist. It is about one inch in diameter per piece. There are 2 inches of it. The best results are achieved when hula hoops are used for 30-minute periods with breaks in between for four to five minutes. The work week is five days. If you are not able to exercise on one of these days, you can do something else. Hopefully, I will be able to use this hula hoop more in the coming days. Having fun with this exercise is great!.
The launch is hard to start, but once moving it is impossible to go very fast without it flying.
* It isn't as big as some other options. I realized I had to adjust the weight's length so that I could still maintain momentum after a few moments. The product and its ability to help you get in a good workout are great. If you plan to use this device, I suggest wearing a shirt or workout waist trainer. Although the weight goes around the track, it is a bit noisy, and when I tried to do it while my three-month-old was around, it made her cry the first time.
