Because my wrists and elbows have been causing me problems, I have found it hard to build the required muscle base in order to get things started. Taking advantage of the Ab strap has helped me alleviate this discomfort, since it allows me to rest on my upper arm/pit region, relieving the pressure on my elbow and wrist. I also prefer hanging leg raises to regular crunches on the floor because they're so much better for my back. Those are the pullup bars I have, and they fit perfectly on mine. You can see in the photo how they fit. I recommend it!.

Some have mentioned that these are a bit short. As far as the padding is concerned, it seems lackluster. I have used this type of ab strap in a few commercial gyms, and they always seemed to offer more padding than this. In any case, they were more comfortable. For the price, these are still good functional hanging ab straps, even if they are a bit too short. Several options are available for attaching them to the pullup bar, but I recommend picking up some "daisy chain" straps, or you can create something yourself using less than fancy equipment, like a rope or chain and a carabiner. Obviously, I do not know how durable they will be, but if they last a year, I will be completely pleased at this price. As soon as they fall apart, I'll let you know.

When I wear them over my pull-ons, my legs look like a tent. I am hitting my head on the pull-up bar if I put my upper arms through the up bar Use the up arrow. As part of my kayaking system, I use a lot of different carabiners. In my kayak, the weight is under 100 pounds, and I would not trust these to hold that weight. It is definitely not up to the task of holding my 250 pounds. After going back through the description of the product, I notice that the manufacturer does not list any weight capacity for it. In addition, when the product comes out of the package, it has an odor that is somewhat noxious. I'm not sure if this will go away quickly, since I've only tried them on my pull-up for a few minutes Using an up bar made me realize that they were basically worthless, so I immediately put them back in the bag/packaging and are shipping them back to Amazon.

Having ab straps at my gym was an important element of my training when I moved, so I added an ab strap to a recent pullup bar installation. It's surprising how good quality these are, especially for the price. You can spread out your weight over a major portion of the lower tricep with these comfortable, large sleeves. Having some mobility will allow me to perform crunches, leg lifts, pikes, and windshield wipers without having to worry about these things holding me back. It's a very good product and I have used it several times since receiving it. A few of them arrived early as well!.

These straps are used regularly by me in my weight class of 205 pounds. It is always comfortable and I have never had a problem with its durability. I'm most unhappy with the support padding that goes under the arms, which does not line up very well with the other strap, due to where the carabiner attaches. There is a carabiner so close to the center of the straps that you have to rotate these straps a bit to prevent it from getting in contact with the hanging bar, which causes the support pads to be slightly off center. While I didn't pay a ton for these, I was very pleased with them. I am the They're not bad for the price, and I'll use them until they wear out, and then I'll invest a little more in better ones. I liked the stripes pattern more than anything, so for the price I'm not disappointed.
