Questions & Answers

Is this a red or a yellow-colored set? Is it possible for anyone to post their own photos?

Yellow

I'm curious about the manufacturing location of this item. ?

China is where this set is made. Baden Sports, on the other hand, is a family-run business based in Renton, Washington, about 15 miles south of Seattle.

Is there a set of boundary lines that comes with it?

Yes, the set includes high-visibility boundary lines that match the net's optic yellow color. The boundary lines come with a spool to make setup and dismantling a breeze. If you have any additional questions, please contact us. br>br>Baden Sports Customer Service, thank you br>

What is the height of the poles? Is this suitable for volleyball as well?

The poles measure approximately 5 feet in length. They do sell a Badminton/Volleyball set, which is better because the net can be changed depending on which game you're playing. Baden's product is one of my favorites.

I was let down
3/5

I purchased this set after reading all of the positive reviews online and planned to give it to my son and his family during a recent visit to their home. The quality of the equipment, as well as the ease with which the net and boundary lines were set up, impressed me greatly. On a picture-perfect summer day, we began playing and having fun as a family. Within 24 hours, however, all three shuttlecocks had split and the tape on two of the four rackets had come loose. What a let-down! "Tournament level quality badminton racquets," according to the description, but I'm not sure how long these rackets will last. I left the set there rather than returning it because we had traveled 500 miles. I intend to send them new shuttlecocks and rackets of higher quality. If the rackets and shuttlecocks were as good as the net, this would have been a five-star rating. I hope the manufacturer reads this review because, aside from these flaws, you have a fantastic product.

Advantages and drawbacks of the Midline Set We both enjoy badminton
4/5

We need to buy a new set every year. This one appears to be about as durable as the low-cost alternatives. HATED: HATED: HATED: HATED: HATED: HATED: HATED: HATED The articles. br> You can't put them in the ground because they have a round disc on the end. Would look fantastic on the beach or on a hard surface (pavement, for example). It's also effective on lawns. You can't put it in the ground, which is my problem. As a result, it occasionally falls or is knocked over, and I am unable to raise or lower it. I prefer to lower the net for small children while raising it for adults. This is a standard height (roughly in the middle for kids or adults) that seemed to be too low for the adults. LOVED: br>br> br>The tape that marks the beginning and end of the boundary. It has a bright color and is simple to use. It was a fantastic addition to the mix. It is for this reason that this product receives a 4 star rating rather than a 3 star rating. br>br>The color of the boundary tape that is exposed to the sun has already faded. Two of the rackets have been completely destroyed. One has a hole in the strings, while the other has a round stringed part that simply turns. I always have a minimum of six people with me. There are eight rackets on hand for use and backup. ups. br>br>I have so many birdies that I'm not sure which ones came with this set, but they're the standard low-cost variety that work fine. I recommend that anyone who intends to play have a large number of the inexpensive ones on hand as a backup. In any case, ups. The case is excellent. br>br> When I'm not playing, I just toss my rackets in. br>br>ABOVE-NEXT-NEXT-NEXT-NEXT-NEXT PRICED. br>While this is a fantastic set, it is way too expensive. For around $15-$20, you can get the really cheap sets. $25. I'd say it's worth about $10 more than those sets, but the $80 I paid was too much for a set I'll only use for a few months.

This was a terrible purchase that I almost immediately regretted when I opened it
3/5

This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to write a product review so quickly. This set is of shockingly low quality. The "metal poles" are nothing more than the thinnest, lowest-quality metal you can imagine; a thick plastic pole would most likely outlast them. I believe the internet is the only thing of semi-importance. The cordage used to secure the net to the poles is of mediocre quality at best; for starters, the poles were heavily dented upon arrival (there was no damage to the packaging, so I highly doubt this was due to shipping). This set, in my opinion, is no better than a $20-$30 set. You can get a $30 set at your neighborhood store. I simply don't have the time to deal with returning it, so I'll just let my kids have fun with it for as long as it lasts. I was extremely dissatisfied with the outcome.

This is an outstanding collection
5/5

The money was well spent. What an amazing collection! The lines are a big plus and so easy to take down and put back up for mowing. It's held up to a Summer's worth of constant use with no signs of falling apart. We bought these LED shuttlecocks and use them on a regular basis until late at night!.

Although the net is satisfactory, the racquets could be improved
3/5

This appears to be a high-quality set for the most part. The net and carrying case are very nice, but one of the racquet grips had already come undone when we opened the set, and the attached photo shows how all of the racquet grips looked after only one afternoon of play. We'll have to go out and buy some new grip tape and rewrap them.

Exceptional quality
5/5

This is a fantastic collection of pieces. I come from a badminton-obsessed family. We were constantly rummaging through low-cost sets from big-box retailers. The nets were always difficult to set up because the ropes tangled and the net sagged after a day in the wind. I set out to find a high-quality set, and I was prepared to pay a premium for it. This set cost more than twice as much as the low-cost sets I went through almost every year. I wasn't sure it was worth it, but I'm glad I went ahead and did it! This is a genuine set. The metal posts are lightweight but sturdy, and they're well-coated to keep the elements at bay. Tension cording is used to make the rope and the netting. Perhaps it's due to the superior quality, but the material does not tangle! This is exactly what I need for my Christmas lights! The racquets are firm, but with just enough flex. So far, they've stood up to my young children, who like to use their racquets for more than just birdies. This is significant because, thanks to my inquisitive children, I usually have to replace racquets every year. The carrying case is an excellent way to keep everything in one place. Straight up good quality, much like the set itself. For such a simple case, the material is surprisingly durable. The birds were fantastic as well. It appears that I will not need to replace my set at the end of the season! Overall, it was a good investment.

This is an excellent collection
5/5

Although I've never owned one before, I did some research. This is an excellent collection. I've never owned one before, but I did my homework before purchasing one, and it meets my boyfriend's requirements, so I must have done well! The grip tape on the racquets does come loose fairly quickly, as stated by other reviewers, but I expected this and it's a simple fix. In about 20 minutes, you can have the net up.

This is a high-quality badminton set that will last a long time
5/5

We had a family reunion, and it was in constant use throughout the day. The birdies didn't last long, but that's to be expected, especially with some of the adults playing so hard. We particularly liked the nylon rope type border that comes with the set, which makes it easier to determine whether a hit was in bounds or out of bounds. Our reunion took place at a perfect time.
