I'm a newbie when it comes to baseball bats for children. I did some quick research and didn't want to spend a lot of money, so I went with this option. Although it appears to be in good condition, I was unaware that the top was made of plastic rather than metal. I was a little disappointed with the quality, but I suppose you get what you pay for. For my children, it is adequate.
