R16 helmets can only be made in gloss.

Can this be used with Rawlings helmets for kids? In the description, it says for adults only. The six and a half inch measures 6 1/4 - 7 1/4 Would this work with a 6 7/8 size?

I could not install the face guard on the cool flo helmet because it didn't have the extra screw holes for the eye guard. The helmet on my son's bike had a full face guard that didn't have the extra holes given to it. Please look at the pictures I have posted to get a better idea of what I am talking about.

It consists of two identical 3-foot pieces Rawlings helmets with Cool Flo technology that are over 10 years old. A guard was attached without a problem on the first one. When trying to tighten the included screws on the second helmet, the glue that holds the T-shaped brace broke when tightening them. The included screws had the same thread pattern and length as the others, but were apparently too long for that helmet. The T-nuts were at least 3mm from the screw before it was even seated against the guard. Since the nuts don't appear to allow the screw to go completely through them, I think these screws are too long for the In both cases, this was true, even though the screws looked identical to those on our other helmet. It would seem the length of the screw and length of the T-nut would be important If nuts were standardized, they would all be alike, but this is not the case. This project was poorly executed and engineered. Now off to the hardware store to see if we can fix this problem.

It works perfect for my son. He got a Rawlings RCFH 6 1/2-inches We bought a 7 1/2 youth helmet at Walmart, and then our orthodontist recommended that we purchase a guard for it so that we could protect our He said it would fit his helmet, so I found it on Amazon. It was cheaper to go with green than red and the color matched I did not care about. My time to put on the hat was about a minute. Not hard at all!.

I coach a 15u team this year, and we all received new helmets this year

We gave the boys the option to get about 1/2 of the C-type helmets. I've been coaching for 8 years and have never had a kid hit in the face but those helmets don't interfere with the batter's view, so here goes. I can't tell you how many seasons this will save me. It seems that throws are becoming more violent now and 3 kids have been hit in the head so far We can surmise that 2 of them would have broken their jaws without the treatment.
