It was great to see Mizuno providing this face mask for fielders. After using the chin pad for just a second time, the velcro pin holding the pad on came off. This Mizuno product does not come with a spare chin pad. The seller would not accept the return, but Amazon returned the product to the seller. After a few drinks, we went to a Rip-Off.

The product so far seems to be of good quality. My 15-year-old loves it and hasn't had any trouble with the chin pad. It has been used for two seasons, so hopefully they have already handled the chin pad issue before I purchased.
