The pair my (guy) friend borrowed fit him well enough that he can wear them better than I do! It seems to be a good shoe for running. I've walked in them. The skin does not rub or have hot spots. I think this is an excellent purchase if you get the correct size! A smaller size would be ideal. I will definitely purchase again.

It seems that all the women's socks are too big since the socks are made to fit women's sizes 6 to 10. For those of us on the low end, this is a problem since they have to be big enough to fit the highest size. I can't stand having the heel of my shoes showing. I found these to be just the right size.

My boys have always been comfortable wearing them in the past, and they've been fine in the past, too It is not impressive, but fine. Our heels tend to come off when we walk or run in these but we like them overall. It might be because we got the wrong size?
