Questions & Answers
If you measure the circumference of your biceps and forearm, there is a size guide; unless you're a bodybuilder, the medium or large size should suffice. I'm 6'4" and have a medium build, so the large fits me perfectly.
Large
Ok might be able to help you out. Because of how many versions or variations there may be, it's difficult to measure that part of the arm. They do give you a basic outline in sizes small, medium, and large, but I don't believe it's in inches. I myself wear a large and my arms are normal size (biceps are around 13"- 14").
XL is the size to go for. whichever size is available (XL would be ideal, but the fit guide is currently unavailable)

Despite the fact that there is a size chart on the packaging, the listing states that it is not available. Had to make an educated guess, and it turned out to be too big. It could have been avoided if the seller had simply included a photo of the packaging in the listing.
I took my time to make sure I got the right size; the measurement called for an xl size, so I went with that. It's the perfect fit, doesn't cut off circulation, and doesn't slide down my arm like the arm bands I previously bought did. This also helps with tennis elbow, in my experience. When I wear this sleeve, I notice that I have more support and less pain in my elbow area. As this isn not a bullet proof miracle cure for elbow pain, you must use common sense with your activities as this isn not a bullet proof miracle cure for elbow% I haven't cleaned it yet, despite the fact that I've had it for nearly three months.
At first, I liked the product because it seemed to relieve my elbow pain. After a few uses, it no longer feels as effective, and the upper band does not hold its shape. It is completely stretched out and constantly falls down; I threw it away after the 30-day return period had expired. It was a waste of money.
My elbow is bad, and if I use it too much, it hurts a lot. It's amazing how much this sleeve changes things. When you put it on, it immediately relieves all of the pressure. It was even big enough for me to sleep in once. It's simple to care for and wear.
I'm undecided about whether copper-infused fibers are beneficial. Compression and heat retention are provided by the elbow and knee sleeves. And, yes, they are extremely beneficial. The way you feel about your aching joints will never be the same again.
Avoid! It'll be thrown out as soon as I find a compression sleeve from another company!.
Overuse has left me with a very sore elbow. These sleeves help me work with my arms while also relieving the pain. The more I wear them, the less pain I feel when I remove them. These are well worth the money.
Top. Don't buy because half is too big, which is the half that would go on the muscle if the forearm section fit, and the bottom half, which is for the forearm, is too small if the top half fits.
