It all depends on how you want it to fit together. I'm 6'0", 210 pounds, with an athletic build and a size large in most t-shirts. I buy a large in this singlet (I have about 6 of the Team Sweep) because the shirts are tighter on top and fit well at the midsection with only a little excess fabric. I'm about the same size as a regular t-shirt. shirts. So, whatever you buy in a regular tshirt will most likely be the best option.br>br>Hope this helps!
It didn't take long for me to realize what was going on. I'm 5'7", 165 pounds, and have a wide chest, so this is a perfect fit.
It doesn't reflect, but it does look cool.

To be fair, all of my synthetic running shirts have begun to snag on other items of clothing - Is there any velcro, hooks, or other hardware? I started washing it in a laundry bag and haven't had any problems since, but it does seem to be prone to snagging and, while still usable, begins to look bad over time.
I've purchased several of these shirts for middle distance running because I like them so much. They don't chafe during my 7-mile runs, and they're light and airy. br>br>One caveat: they appear to be extremely sensitive to snags in the wash, which is why I gave them less than 5 stars. Snags appear after only a couple of washes, which are unsightly and shorten the fabric's lifespan. I've read that this is a common problem with technical "moisture wicking" fabrics, but I've never noticed it in other jerseys to this extent. br>br>I've started washing them inside out in mesh bags to alleviate the problem because I really like them.
I didn't like the fit because it was looser around the torso than I expected for a running vest; while it shouldn't be too loose, it shouldn't be too billowy against the wind either. I'm on the slimmer side, so I went with the smallest size available, the small. You'd think they'd make running vests with the assumption that the average wearer is slim. br>br>The material itself was fine, as it should be for a synthetic poly. Overall, it wasn't bad, but I thought it was a little pricey.
I'm a bigger guy, standing 5'11 and weighing 200 pounds. These are a lifesaver for me when I go for a run in the summer. It's a lot more fun than wearing a tech shirt because it's lighter and more breathable. The cut is also flattering on my frame, so I feel at ease wearing it. I was so taken aback by the first one that I ordered three more in a variety of colors.
That was a mistake because I should have purchased one first to see how I liked it. The fabric is soft, but not as soft as you might think, if you understand what I mean. Perspiration odor is also a problem with the shirts. I had high hopes for this acrylic fabric.
Personal preferences differ, but this singlet is the perfect weight for me: not too thick, not too thin. And it is of good quality. I am 5'6" and weigh 165 pounds, and the large fits me slightly loosely, which is exactly how I like it. At a reasonable price, this is an excellent product.
This would have been a five-star review if it hadn't been for the HORRIBLE packaging! For a shirt that was in a small ziplock bag, it was WAY overpacked, in a big box with lots of plastic air pillows!.
