This particular set of six hurdles is not adjustable but is very useful for lateral jumps, single leg jumps, etc. This particular 6" set is not adjustable, but it is still When you jump, only jump from the side the leg extends from to the side where the leg doesn't extend. In this way, you will not be breaking the hurdle if you hit it, rather you will tip These compact hurdles are folded, which makes them extremely compact when not in use. I like that the smart hurdles adjust, but they can also be very costly. These hurdles are very compact and fold up flat when not in use, so they are always accessible.

An excellent product for hurdlers at the beginning of their career

Our school does not have a track facility and I am a high school track and field coach. It's a great idea to use these smart hurdles in the gym, back hallway, parking lot and field. High winds can sometimes pose a problem, but because these work basically all of the time, you should have no problem. It is also a good choice for beginning hurdler, as it does not hurt when you hit it. There are a lot of them to choose from and they are easy to adjust as well as light enough to carry around in a bunch.

It's fun for my grandson to jump over the hurdles. On their birthday, I gave them the hurdles and other items they needed for an agility course. Baseball and soccer are very good sports for them. to be just what they were looking for!.

The height can be set (simply) using several options. Hurdle drills can be used for many different hurdle challenges (so long as they involve actual practice hurdles). Beginners will have a much easier time than with actual hurdles.
