At the point where the poles are inserted into the swivel clips, how high are they off the ground?

The coaching sticks are intended for use in conjunction with Kwik Goal. In this set, the coaching sticks are pushed up out of the ground, and black clips are used to keep them attached. You can then adjust the height to your liking. The jump over the nets and then duck under them are what I used for my soccer kids. The clip ons do not work without something to attach them to.
