Although this hurdle is innovative, I find it to be one of the worst I've ever encountered. A real hurdle would have been better for moire. It came to my door in a shipping box that looked as if it had been taped by primordial beings, barely looking as if it made it As soon as you open the box, you will see two pieces, a white hurdle and a stand. The assembly takes less than two seconds the height can be adjusted. When you actually jump it knocks you over, because it has no stability at all, so the wind spin you generate while you jump knocks me over as well. I find this to be absolutely horrible. It is not a good idea to.

During a workout, we set them at different heights and then hop or jump over them. Folding them down and taking them apart makes them easy to store. It took me a while to see these, but they were great. In the beginning, I wanted to purchase hurdles like those my school track team has, but after seeing the cost per hurdle, I knew that I couldn't afford them.
As a result of the hurdle's occasional denting, the plastic crossbar should be thicker because it dents the openings when it is hit during practice. Furthermore, it would be great if the size measurements were shown on the back of the cross bar as well. All in all, the bag does the job and collapses quickly when hit, so it's a good piece of safety equipment.
For my son to stay in shape while on Covid, I had to find something simple, portable, affordable, and easy to use. Suitable for the situation and will probably last long enough to be able to pass it on to his children.
The five hurdles I have to overcome are as follows. (When set at 39", for instance) the heights actually differ by about half an If the winds are strong, the trees can tip over. A hurdle training program that includes this would be ideal They are easy and convenient to load in a small car, convenient to carry (I have 4 sets of legs in a golf bag and 4 crossbars in my training backpack), lightweight and relatively accurate in.
