Mine came with the Tour de California plate, which you can see in the photo.
It was the perfect size for my 1-year-old daughter. My bike's elastic bands were too tight, so I used a 3/4" post. 1/4" might be a bit much. I've always thought small Zip Ties would be a good substitute for elastic bands that have lost their elasticity.
I'm going to write my number on the plate and cut it out. Alternatively, once I know my race number, I'll go to a hardware store and get some more stickers. I'm not sure if you'll be able to get any more stickers from them.

If you race your bike at all, number hangers are a must-have accessory. There are some great options for caliper brakes that bolt on between the calipers and the frame of your bike. When I switched to disc brakes, I needed another option, and I've loved the Best Tek product because it's so simple to set up for a race and take down afterwards. Even for those of us who have no thigh gap, it is well designed to prevent thigh rub.
It appears to be effective - Except for the fact that there aren't enough people. The plan is to have your race number on both sides, but the numbers provided do not allow for this. My phone number is 161, as shown in the illustration. I could only put my number on one side using the supplied numbers, but other than that, which can be fixed with a trip to the hardware store, everything appears to work as it should.
This is a fantastic alternative to the large numbers given out at charity events, which wrap around the top tube and irritate riders. The numbers mounted to your seat post give it a more professional look and do not obstruct or irritate your riding.
The provided elastics (like the rings that come with a Garmin mount) barely wrap around a Cervelo aero seat post, so I used an extra wrap just in case the provided one broke.
It's a little clumsy, but it does the job.
