This item has been of great use for me. I like it a lot in general, but there are a few things I didn't consider before I purchased it. Use a screwdriver if you don't have a drill, and your back, arm, and wrist will be destroyed. When my drill was stolen, I thought it would be an excellent idea to put it back together with a screwdriver. There was no support cross inside and it came loose within five minutes of jumping, I had to take it apart and reinforce it by drilling new holes into the box to secure it, which worked much There is no doubt about it. There is a lot of weight to it and a great deal of difficulty moving it. The last thing is, I have not read the other reviews, so I will pass this along so that whoever reads this, BEWARE! You are likely to eat your shins alive if you come in contact with this! The jump I did this past weekend left my left leg with three large gashes, caused by even the slightest misstep on 3 different occasions, in less than a week. Although maybe I should have purchased the soft version, I stubbornly chose the wooden model, hoping No blame on the box, but beware of the dangers. I am not complaining, it has been very useful to develop my leg strength I use it all the time. Each of us has taken a lickin and is continuing to tick.

The customer service team did reach out to me and was able to assist me. Moreover, permanent fixes are being developed to prevent the problem from occurring in Once the supports are replaced, this will be a great workout tool. The box is very nice and once it is fixed the box will be at its best. Despite being well built on the outside, it did not come with instructions (you have to assemble it) and the interior supports collapsed in less than two weeks after the purchase. There is no way to secure them to the box properly. The weight limit for this machine is 150 pounds or less. It is used only by my son. I have wasted a lot of time on customer service You should choose a different box until they fix the problem.

We offer this box at a third of the cost of anywhere else and it is incredibly In the gym, I typically do box jumps since I weigh 187 pounds This has been very tough to work with. I have gone through it many times, and it has not surrendered! When you buy boxes anywhere else, you are wasting money. We sell large landing platforms, center braces, and we are the only supplier that offers them!.

The wood is a bit rough, but for use as a jump box it is well worth the price. I did put in some longer screws and tapped in my cross supports, but I think it's well worth the price.

They arrived yesterday, and I ordered two of them. We were unable to find screws or instructions in the packages. It's fortunate for me that I have plenty of screws available to me and can figure out how they're made. I am disappointed, however, that the necessary components and information were not included.

Chinese products are not just made in China they are Chinese products. The quality isn't there, and pieces aren't aligned as well as they should be with only a little fiddling.

I strongly recommend this product, but I would rate the whole experience 4 out of 5 stars for shipping and packaging. I found the screws to be missing half way through the box and the box was slightly damaged. My house already had random screws, so it worked perfectly with those.

The building process is easy and the box is quite durable. I expected shipping to be slower, but it was much faster. It is predrilled with all holes and comes with screws. My husband and I are very pleased with this product!.
