For my 10-year-old son, I purchased a size 5. It is, however, a little too large for him. So I'm guessing a size 3 will fit a 7-year-old.

The bat is of very poor quality. , There is no polish on the wood, and after one day of use, the sides and bottom have started to chip. The quality is very low. I'm disappointed.
Make sure you don't throw your money away. It's of poor quality. Because wood is so smooth, it can be broken and dented in a single day of play.
The kit was in good working order when it was delivered. I ordered it for my 8-year-old nephew, who adored it.
My son (6 years old) doesn't even play cricket that much, so the handle broke after only a week of use. I assumed it was just a lighter bat at first, but I was wrong.
