I believe they would be very comfortable and functional if they were connected to the mask in some way. If you're going to hook them to the elastic, I believe it'll be too big.
It has Velcro on the back to allow you to adjust the fit. When my daughter was younger, the best thing I got for her was lax goggles, which I then encouraged my entire team to do as well. I highly recommend it because it took care of the hanging straps, which were always too loose or too tight.

These are incredible! My two daughters, ages 5 and 7, were constantly adjusting their goggles during their first lacrosse practice. I bought these just in time for their second practice, and they were able to easily put on and take off their goggles on their own, and they STAYED IN PLACE! There's no need to fiddle with the goggles any longer. I strongly advise anyone with a young child who plays lacrosse (and possibly older children as well) to get these. The goggles are simple to adjust and put on.
a stitch! This mom won't have to adjust her position in the pool any longer! My only criticism is that they are not truly "one size" in the back. On average, we have eight people. The design covers the top (much like a headband) and base of the head, and is aimed at children aged 12 and up. Having said that, fantastic patterns that continue to work!.
I used to coach my daughter's LAX team, and I was impressed with how well they held up against the other youth straps that some of the other girls were wearing. I told other parents about them. If they were a little cheaper, I would have bought one for each of the girls. Thank you so much for a fantastic product!.
The girls no longer have to deal with the inconvenient straps that get caught in their hair and are difficult to adjust. They simply wear this over their goggles and ROCK THE FIELD! By far the best deal on the market! You will not be sorry if you buy one now!.
Before. My 10-year-old daughter is a lacrosse player. This is a fantastic band to put your money into. Her goggles used to be in her line of vision and would occasionally flop around. We assumed she required new goggles at first. But not with this band (which we just replaced with the one that came with her goggles) - she'll never have to fiddle with them again. They are not going anywhere.
This strap is used by my 6- and 4-year-old daughters for their lacrosse and field hockey goggles (2 kids, 2 straps, 4 goggles). They're stretchy and easy to put on. Their goggles stay on their faces thanks to the strap, and they can slide them up and back on after a break. I wish every girl on their team had a pair, because I spend half of my coaching time fiddling with goggles. There are so many different styles to choose from that every girl can find one that suits her perfectly. I'll gladly buy from you again if the need arises!.
My daughter's hair had gotten so long that it had reached her buttocks. Ponytails are heavy and prone to falling down. The goggles' original strap simply moves around. This strap worked like a charm! It keeps her ponytail in place and keeps her goggles from moving!.
This addition to her goggles is one of my daughters' favorites. She doesn't seem to adjust them during the game, and they're much easier to put on and take off.
