Despite my lack of muscle, I am not a muscular guy. I was not allowed to go beyond my forearm with the mediums. I tried on the larges, but they are so tight I do not need any straps. The average height of my 155 lb frame is 5'7. I am a small guy. It's the large ones that I'm going to keep. It would be nice to have an option to use XL.
