The title of this item is misleading

This product title makes it seem like the kit is "loaded with 3 rolls of tape, scissors, skate stone and a helmet repair kit. ". This product does not include any of these components. I look at the bag and it seems to be OK, but if I had known it only came with the bag I would not have ordered it.

The package does not contain I ordered this bag thinking it had stuff inside it, but I found nothing in it! Over $20 for only a bag is too much for me to spend on a bag like this!
