A mountain biker would use elbow pads as elbow pads

These are elbow pads that I use with my mountain bike. The size of my feet is 5"- 6. 5 The soles of my feet don't hurt after falling on them. I am 10" and 205 pounds. Despite being bulky and restrictive, they offer a good level of protection. Aside from being very durable, they have been holding up well for almost two years since I purchased them. A second pair was purchased when I lost one, so now I have a backup. My recommendation for mountain bikers is to check these out.
