For children in small sizes
No, a trick is not involved.
Buying this as a Christmas gift for my son, I can see why it is such a good layer of protection for the elbows, chest, and rib cages. In the back of the body shield, there is no padded protection for the spine or back except the padding on the ribcage, which wraps slightly toward the back. The bottom of the bodyshield is just a black fabric similar to compression tights.

I have a son who plays soccer all year round It is common in cold weather areas for teams to play indoor soccer in the winter and round the year. Turf, hardwood and other hard surfaces such as abrasive surfaces, are some of the surfaces where the team will play. After he slipped on the turf while playing, I grew tired of seeing turf burns all over his body. In order to find a solution, I was seeking relief for my elbows, shoulders, and chest. In search of a solution, I went to Storelli first and the goalie shirts were exactly what I was looking for. He has worn the Storelli leg guards and sliding shorts for years and loves them, so I went to them first for a solution. We also loved the fact that the shirt was designed for athletes, not just for protection. As a result, play is not impeded by the protection. It was important to my son that he do not wear anything that he thought would slow him down. While we have only had this shirt for a short time and we are happy with it, given how well the other products from Storelli have held up over the years, we are confident he will outgrow it long before it is worn It is highly recommended that you buy.
The son with the first name is a keeper for soccer. It is estimated that he weighs 145 pounds and is 5'10". During training days, I wanted to make sure that he had a good protective shirt that covered the elbows, and Storelli The shorts are padded and fit him in a size small, but he may soon be able to go to a medium. According to the reviews, I bought this shirt in a large size and it fits perfectly - thank you! The shoes are relatively snug, and they are hard to remove. As far as the shirt itself goes, it is a bit padded compression shirt that does not slide over the elbows, so it keeps the skin protected when diving and sliding through It has been a pleasure working with you. There is no problem with it for him. By July when the Florida heat is on, I'm sure it will be left at home, but for now it's exactly what I wanted. In addition to three harsh training sessions per week, Shirt also trains in the morning and in the afternoon. It went without a hitch. It is the same material as Storelli padded compression shorts that have lasted over a year, so I expect it to last the same or better.
This shirt was very useful during the last month of football season and the December playoffs for my son, since it provided additional protection and warmth under his compression shirt. In his role as a running back and linebacker, the additional padding around the forearms provided an additional layer of protection to his arms. Goalkeepers BodyShield Undershirts won't work under football pads, but mine worked well with them. As long as they could add limited slip traction to the forearms, the shirt could be the perfect football shirt.
I love the product, someone complained in other reviews about the wear in part of the shirt, but that is how the product is designed, if you were not wearing a protective layer all that wear would be doing I have nothing else to add. My experience as a goalkeeper for more than 20 years makes me wish that such products were available to me right from the start.
It is from a reputable goalkeeper company, it is high-quality, and it fits well. Many people complain about not having enough padding but that's how it was designed. The aim of this shield is to provide support, as well as build confidence in your son or daughter, or whomever you purchase it for, and are not to be used completely as A Jersey would look like something like this, but it is not, it is an undershirt, which isn't meant to make a statement, because it would tare. This product is excellent for those who want to let go of their fear of the ball, and also for people who want to get into saving and hard training. I found that the program helped me out pretty well during my high school goalkeeping games and training sessions. Hopefully, this review will be useful for you guys.
In addition to wearing it as a goalie, I bought it as a defender as well. I ordered a size up because of the recommendation of others, and it fits perfectly (I am 5'10" 165 lbs, normally a M - it was a snug fit) I went shopping for a L. A very comfortable seat! As an added bonus, I also bought the Shock Doctor Shockskin Lax Relaxed Fit Impact Short, which matched perfectly with it (and has cup protection).
Buying this for my son who is a high school goalkeeper was a great decision. As far as padding is concerned, he says it is amazing and it stays in place. His confidence in his ability to hit hard also increases through the chest pad, as he knows that hard shots won't bounce off and be mishandled. Plan ahead as it is very difficult to get on when sweaty. A fairly accurate measurement of size is given.
It is excellent for elbow protection in particular, though I use it for other body protection too (mainly for indoor soccer). Buying a larger size if in doubt is the best course of action, according to an earlier commenter. There is a lot of pressure. There is only one issue with the product in that the 3/4 length sleeves tend to ride up during a match, and then elbow protection still covers elbows, but forearms are I think it would be good to have some mechanism to tighten the "cuff" of the sleeves so they don't ride You can see that elbows are protected in comparison to forearms when you look at the picture below It becomes even more apparent as the sleeves (which are made from the same tight compression material) move up the arms. Compared to separate elbow pads, it is more expensive, however I find it to be more comfortable.
