This review is most likely being read because you recently suffered a broken or bruised rib and are trying to decide where you should go. Recently, I cracked rib playing basketball and wanted to make sure a healing crack would be better protected before getting back into A DIY pad proved to be the best option after I ordered four different padded shirt options. It's for my son to wear on his basketball team in high school. When the football season started, he was injured in the ribs. The injury became manageable for a while, but he took yet another shot to the ribs and found himself in a similar situation I am very pleased with this shirt. Since then, he has recovered 100% and wears the shirt every time he plays. Consequently, he has been able to reduce incidences of minor injuries while he is playing the five. I only gave this 4 stars because I believe the pads should be covered closer to the sternum, and I think that would make it a better product.

He wanted rib protection for pickup basketball at the rec center and it seemed that most of the reviews were too good to be true. I've had him wear it three times now and he says it's great. You absolutely need to use it for common rough play in the paint since it is extremely tough. Even so, he is glad he got it. He said it took him a couple hours to adjust, but he's glad he did.

It's wonderful, I am in love with A physical sport, basketball can be hard on the body. My son may fall on his tailbone when he plays aggressively. It appears he is now protected from the elbows while rebounding, as well as undercover shots while he is on the court.

My favorite thing about this product is that it keeps me dry when it's hot outside It is a "fit" material, and overall it is of decent Although it can be a bit tough to get off when wet or sweaty, that is to be expected with this There is an adequate amount of padding. The clothing should be washed in cold water and allowed to air dry I don't think the dryer would work in this situation.
