As soon as I measured my chest and discovered I fell right inside the medium range, I clicked on The shirt today fits like a medium compression shirt should, when trying it on. I found the sleeves to be a little longer and the length a little longer than my other compression shirts. When the shirt is pulled down, the ribs of the shirt fit just above my hip and the padding above falls right on my lower rib. It is not good, but I could pull it up a bit, and as long as it does not ride down, it can be used. I would recommend that shoulder pads be lower than the add depicts, since that is probably a better position. It appears there is glue messed up in the shirt, but I don't mind that (the padding was probably glued In summary, in case you missed it One of the components that broke it was the underarm section (which was also mentioned by another reviewer). In my pits, it felt as though it was digging in. Spongebob arms are not a type of body I only possess, so this is not just purely my own personal choice. Having worn it for under five minutes, the stitching on the underarms began hurting after I sat in front of a mirror. I really couldn't use this today and it would have wasted my time taking it back to the shipping company but I had no choice. Do you think a large would fit, is a large more sewn correctly? Though I wish I knew, I might just go with a different brand, so I will probably never find out.

My 7 year old is 65 lbs, so I purchased a size S. Though it was not skin-tight as compression should be, it fit better than all the others we have tried so far. This is a really comfortable chair, he says!.

The youth medium fit him perfectly. He is 8 years old and is so excited to play baseball for the first time. BEFORE I DO anything, YES, I DO KNOW this is a compression shirt, and therefore it is supposed to be tight (I have owned numerous Under Armour compression shirts throughout my life). Having just received this shirt today, of course I wanted to try it on, and I am pleased with how it fits! It has not yet been my time to test the padding other than beating the chest padding like a gorilla, but I'm sure they will work well. Let me get to the point. It's time to get out of that As I contorted my body to get out of the shirt without ripping it (imagine a turtle retracting its head and arms into its shell, but the legs still sticking out), I must've spent between 5 and 10 minutes trying to keep from getting nailed to the shirt. It would have been a better idea to add a zipper to this shirt. It's very hard to slip out of this thing, you need to be an expert at yoga. Since I was trapped in this shirt again, I am honest to God afraid to put it on again for a fear of getting trapped and having to destroy it to escape. The following pros are offered I like the way it fits. I have not tested padding completely, but it SEEMS like it should work. There are a few cons for this version Unless you have a pair of scissors or are a yoga master, you will have trouble getting out of it, or at the very least I will. I'm not sure what kind of a rating this shirt deserves. I'd say 3/5 stars because it made me feel so claustrophobic that I almost threw up accidentally while trying to remove it.

I bought it to use in HEMA and longsword This shirt seems to be a great value due to the durability and build quality, as well as the relatively low price point. I like the padding because it is thick and squishy and is in all the right places. My height is 5'11" or so, so I would say I have a standard or fit Especially if you're muscular, the chest is a serious problem. There's very little room in the shoulders and armpits, and that cuts off the circulation almost completely. On the flip side, the belly area is as well Because of the shoulders, the shirt wants to ride up and bunch under my armpits, and the larger area of padding on the torso moves around a lot. I want to recommend buying a size larger than you would typically buy for a compression shirt. No matter which way you cut it, only half the shirt will fit properly.

We play flag football with my son, who is eight years old. We joined a new league this year where we are allowed to make contact, but no tackling is allowed. It upset me to see him get bullied by some BIG boys! He's on the skinny side, and I was worried about him. There is a padded compression shirt here that I've found and hope it will He doesn't only feel comfortable while wearing this shirt, but it also keeps him protected! I had placed the order online, but at the time it was out of stock. It arrived sooner than expected. The fact that it's made in the USA and has a warranty is fantastic. The product is great, the company is great, and the mother is happy!.

Purchased this for my son who is in a youth large size. I like the fit and it seems to have him pretty well protected, but it is not an We'll see how well it works if the little s*** ever gives me a chance to shoot back.

Baseball is my son's favorite sport, and he had open heart surgery as a baby. Despite the compression, the shoulder pads protected him from a pitch hit. He wears it under his uniform to protect his sternum, but the shoulder pads actually saved him from a pitch hit.
