I like how my ribs are protected while I'm playing basketball due to the great fit

At the time I ordered this shirt, I was unsure if it would actually fit me and if the size I ordered would be the right one. It is a great shirt and fits well! I ordered up two sizes and got an XXL. I wear a large in regular tees, but thought this one would be too big for me since I'm 5'10" and 191 pounds I was unsure about ordering up a size but took advice from other buyers and very glad that I did so. I would also recommend ordering up a size or two according to the size chart. The shirt has protection in the back and chest areas as well as the rib areas. My main reason for getting the shirt was because two months ago, I cracked a rib playing basketball, so I needed some extra protection. Since I have worn this shirt for quite some time now, playing a great deal of full court games, it is holding up really well. In the past, I have just air dried it after playing, but I will soon be hand washing it because I don't want it to start smelling of sweat which, as far as I can tell, All in all, I am happy with my.

As the seams are cut small, a size up would be recommended based on reg. A t-shirt measurements For example, if you are a LG, you should probably try the XL in order to fit in it.
