My son is about 5'5" and weighs like 108 lbs, and he is quite skinny and the small fits him. I don't know if they have a size chart on their site. Here is what I hope will help!

It didn't take me long for them to dry because I didn't lay them flat.

It is enough to wear this girdle. The game pants on top of these are worn by my son while playing.

In short, yes. It takes only a few minutes to air dry them after I wash them in the washer

Since these are only 1 star, I feel like you'd have to have the shortest legs (thighs) to wear them. My size is an adult medium (and I usually The girdle is so snug you can hardly get any cushion in them (they are not tight enough to keep you in place).
I wore them up around my waist (not very high) in the first picture. As you can see, my knee caps are now sitting on my thighs when I pull up the waist band to ensure the inner cup pouch is in place. It is because of this reason that I chose the 7-pad shorts with knee caps and girdle as opposed to the shorts without Because I will be playing indoor lacrosse in a week, I wanted some protection when my knees hit the floor, and I was worried about carrying around a bunch of different protective equipment. I would highly recommend it

This is the second year my son has played on the Varsity team. (Jr. ) He served on special, defence, and In comparison to the Nike ones he had left year for just defence, these were better and did not fall apart. Highly recommended to any individual who wants to move comfortably and lose the comfort of wearing a whole lot of material on just a year or so. Probably be able to use it next year as well.

There is a loose stitch
