This item is not appropriate for a teen. There is a pocketed layer that isn't mentioned in the description and is completely useless. It's difficult to breathe and understand what you're saying with that pocket in your throat. You can return the item to China for $143, but you will be charged a restocking fee. 00 if shipped via UPS, or $40 if shipped via regular mail. With USPS, it will cost you $0. 00. This is a rip-off. This item, or the supplier, should be removed from Amazon's catalog.
