This is the one I wear when I run and ride my bike. It's comfortable and easy to breathe. As long as it fits well, I've run up to 5 miles wearing it and bicycled up to 30 miles with little effort. While it can get warm (which isn't as bad as it might seem in winter), I find that taking a quick break with the face shield off is enough to alleviate this.
i highly recommend it because it is comfortable to wear and the quality is superb. I wear it for my whole shift at work, which is a 12 hour shift, and I experience no problems.

The MD/L size fits me since I wear a 7 1/2. I like how snug it fits, how there is room between my mouth and the mask, and how it doesn't slide lower like the old L/XL I owned. The watch stays in place without requiring me to change it for hours.

I was also quite pleased with the fitment. Because of my big fat head, I had to buy the extra large. This is a useful tool for those who work out at the gym. However, I'm not like the average person. While I had it on for a while, I was not entirely satisfied with its longevity. In the past I have said workout, but I meant workout with weights. As for a treadmill, etc. I don't walk on it casually or lift weights halfheartedly. Up to two hours of hard lifting and training result in me However, the problem lies in that aspect. This product says to repel or wick moisture away, so I bought it. Sadly, if you sweat a lot like me, the mask absorbs it all, so it's hard to breathe through it. Throughout my workout, I must wring the towel out several times to be able to breathe through it again. It absorbs so much that I have to wring it out several times. In all fairness, I do sweat a lot! The mask I got did not meet my expectations, so I wouldn't pay $30 for one like it. It may be perfect for those who never break a sweat when they go to the gym.
My masks are on for roughly 18 to 20 hours a day while I am Under Amour released these glasses on the market a few years ago, but I have yet to obtain Covid. I am a first responder and I usually change them every 8 hours. It is a habit I follow and only take them off while bathing, eating, brushing my teeth, or when I have to wear an N95 respirator mask during a covid positiive emergency call. Wearing this to the fire station has never failed me, and I have yet to experience any problems with it.

There is something seriously wrong with the fit. However, it was not the right size when I measured according to instructions. As this is my second of these masks, the fakeness and poor quality of this one irritates me. This nose is made of too soft metal, so it does not hold its angle.

It doesn't make me want to take it off I'm not in a hurry to put it on or take it off. Among the masks I have tried, this is by far the best one for being highly breathable.
