Do I need to use a heat press with this? Could you please let me know what settings I should ?

This is not the case.

How would you refer to the size chart when ordering? Would you order based on the bust size or the waist size?

Unless you have a very big bust, these will run small for you. It fits well if I wear a medium even though I normally wear a small.

Do you think I can use a heat press to put a name on the back and a U on the front of this jersey?

Both front and back of the shirt were heat pressed with vinyl. I would, however, do my research before getting a product that has tiny holes in it.

If you normally wear a size smaller, order a size larger. They make you pay for shipping back to them! That is one of the problems with this company! That's not good enough for me!.

This is a tight chest

It's okay. This would be better for a smaller bust. I wear a 38 D and it fits me well There is not much room in the XL. It would have been right if XXL had been the size. With a sports bra on, it feels tight even with the arms fitted well. The top is see through, so it would probably be uncomfortable by the time I put a shirt underneath.
