The quality of the products can vary

I've purchased sticks from them before, but the pair I received had the back two sticks bent inward at an angle of about 80 degrees, rendering the sticks nearly useless and causing the ball to fall over most of the time.

First and foremost, I'd like to state that the product is excellent. The packaging, on the other hand, was a complete disaster. When it arrived at my door, the box had been shattered, and the stix had already been removed from their packaging.
