It's made of biothane, and I got the lime green version. br>I like it because it's simple to adjust and clean, especially since my son eats and slobbers even when he's restrained.

Others should probably measure before buying instead of grabbing the first shiny thing that looks like it will match, as I did. It'll most likely fit a QH perfectly. I'm not bitter in the least.

Well-made, nice soft/flexible webbing that stays soft/flexible even in the cold of winter. The buckles are sturdy. If it doesn't hold up or if I have any problems with it, I'll post an update.
