Yes. I used it to inflate my Mylar Star Balloons. I inserted a straw into the Mylar Balloon, then inserted it into the noozle, and it blew up without a hitch.
The nozzle is a little too big for such a small balloon. Yes, if the balloon's opening is a standard size. If it's really small, you'll have to stretch the balloon's opening a lot, which may cause it to rip. I ordered two of these machines because they are such a good investment.
This machine can, in fact, inflate a large balloon.

The best purchase I've ever made because you can inflate two balloons at once, which is ideal for balloon garlands and saves a lot of time.
This was the best $20 I ever spent on his birthday celebration. Arrived in plenty of time for us to put together the garland the night before the party (thank you, Amazon Prime overnight delivery!). ) and it was a cinch to use. It's likely that it saved a lot of us from passing out while trying to inflate all those balloons. Bonus: You can inflate two balloons at the same time!.
If it hadn't been for this, I would have died inflating balloons. We purchased two balloon arches as well as some rubber band balloon toys. It's a simple machine to operate, and if you have a helper, you can do two balloons at once. In general, it's a party lifesaver. It's fantastic to have this.
However, there are two drawbacks: br>1) It's too loud; br>2) It smells like burnt plastic after only a few minutes, so I turn it off and wait. Finally, a word of caution about balloons exploding (like the first five I attempted to inflate). DO NOT turn on the machine and leave it running; instead, place the balloon in the machine with the pump turned off and manually tap the nozzle; 3 or 4 pumps should suffice.
I haven't quite figured out how to use both valves, but it works well with balloons ranging from 8" to 12". I wouldn't use it on very large balloons because it will quickly overheat. The fact that the plug-in cord is stored inside the machine is fantastic, and the product arrived in excellent condition.
It works great and blows up about 100 balloons in a matter of minutes. Would recommend to anyone who wants to inflate a large number of balloons. br>It's a little loud, but that's to be expected.
when making a 16-foot balloon garland with a variety of balloon sizes It has a lot of power and can literally blow up balloons in less than three seconds. Keep in mind that because it quickly inflates balloons, you must be ready to quickly disengage the balloon from the stem to avoid popping. It was a lot of fun to use and it saved me a lot of time.
